Let us facilitate the process
Would you like us to facilitate the game with you, we always begin with an introduction meeting to hear about your needs and wishes in order to tailor the perfect day for you and your employees.
An external facilitator ensures a good framework for the process and is impartial and curious about what problems and solutions look like in your company.
We have many years of experience as facilitators and will help you explore your safety performance with fresh eyes and find what you are good at and what you can become better at. Good questions and constructive “distractions” can help break old patterns and help set new thoughts in motion.
What is the process, if you want us to facilitate?
Our experience is that the process of playing the game and the follow-up could easily take a day (8 hours) including action plans and evaluation among the players. If you can manage the follow-up process yourself and only want facilitation of playing the game. The facilitated session would be around 4 hours.
After the session, we will have an evaluation meeting with you where we focus on the action plan. Here we can talk about additional professional counselling on the process ahead. We have access to several big meeting rooms without any costs to your company.
We can also arrange an online session
We can also arrange the safety game to be held at your preferred online platform, as we for example did with Novo Nordisk and Ultraship with great results.
We have solutions for you.
Every situation in the game is developed based on our experience and the latest knowledge about safety. Collectively we have 38 years with health and safety and we can help you develop solutions if you want to improve on the specific relevant situations identified during the game.
Customisable.
The safety game is developed both in an English and Danish version. There are options available to tailor the game to specific challenges in your industry or your company and we can add your logo.
